Additions.....
Recommendations should be based not solely on the skill and workmanship,
but also on the approachability, understanding, helpfullness, friendliness,
facilities (if any), and the price. Kind of a 'Tall Order', eh ?
Ideally, whosoever you recommend should be recognised by MB/Smart
and Authorised by MB/Smart as being able to carry out any work to their
same standards, and therefore have the approval to stamp your Service Book.
A definite MUST is that they should have an MB 'Star' diagnostics computer, and
be proficient in the use of it, as without the Star they will not be capable to check
everything when there is any electronic problem.
They should only use genuine MB/Smart parts in any servicing and repairs.DO NOT add any comments/replies to members posts.The Admin Team will add or update any existing names on the list depending on
members experiences with the company/companies.
