Hey everyone
Don't know who on here uses Smartcar Specialist, but I have been hearing that it's up to a month to be seen for any work on your car. I had to speak to them recently as I needed my car to go in and I haven't heard back as to when to take it in. I have used them for many years as they are my nearest specialist and have been good. Apparently Mike no longer works there, seems to be an issue to get a booking has anyone had an issue with this?
