Can't see or read anything much on the forum ?

Non-members only see a VERY tiny percentage of what this Forum contains, so...
if you want to see everything; including all the essential Technical 'How To' Guides (as there has never
ever been available a 'Workshop Manual' for the Smart ForFour); you will need to Register an Application
to join the Forum.  The Forum is not 'supported' by paid advertisements...it is completely free !

Here is a 'list' of the other Sections you will be able to see IF you join !

• Electrics in General, including key fob issues - (NO lighting, ICE, or AirCon issues)

• Market Place - (For Sale / Wanted)

The majority of those have 'Child Boards' that contain Technical Guides describing
How To fix and repair things, with instructions and pictures to help, written by
the Admin Team and Forum Members. 

BUT... before you apply to join, take the time to read, understand, but more importantly,
USE  the information given in the following link when you complete your Application :-

It is vital you provide exactly what is stated as being required in order to be approved....
so read what is in that link carefully and apply that information in your Application..

Be aware... part of the Application process requires you to answer a lot of unrelated + pointless
né 'stupid' questions !  Those questions are the first line of defence against 'auto sign in' programs
or 'botnet' programs used by spammers & hackers to gain access to websites, forums etc.
Neither you nor we want such 'undesirables' to be able to send you spam mail, or links to
pornography or phishing websites, and that is why those questions are there.

Additional information
ALL Applications to join are checked against a range of continuously updated and
verified global databases of known spammer/hacker IP addresses, and...we have
other 'tools' at our disposal to further check out the details of anyone applying to join.
These checks take a while to go through....SO...
Please note...the Admin Team operate the Forum on a purely voluntary unpaid basis
...IN THEIR OWN FREE TIME...between work, family, and their social life.
Applications normally take no more than 48 hours, but it might on the odd occasion
that this may take up to a week as we too go on holiday/vacation etc., so we ask you
for your patience, but be assured we action every request as soon as we are able.

IF you do not receive an approval email from us within 7 days,
check your email spam/junk/bin folders...we may have sent you 1 or 2 email/s
asking you to confirm/clarify details you provided (or failed to provide) on your Application.
As we have stated, there is specific information you must provide, and in a particular format.

NOTE -
1/ if you use a 'proxy' IP address then your Application may possibly be rejected
    due to spammers using the same 'proxy' IP address. If we think that this is the
    case then we will email you for further information to enable us to run further checks.

2/ Applications from 'questionable' or spammer based 'addresses' (according to the
    various checks we make) will be rejected. If any are found, the address or addresses
    will be added to our database; which will reject any future Applications; but we will
    also share that information with all the global spam/hacker databases we interact with.
    If you are identified as such then you will not receive any email communication from us
    and the Application/s will be deleted.
