ouch - i don't understand the "i'll lose all my money that i just paid out"

erm, no..... i'd be telling the garage to go scrape up the burnt plastic remains and deliver me a new one and lots of extras and free servicing and and and and ;)

there is no mention of it being a brand new Smart, only it being 'new'. new could mean its 2nd hand but new to him. it also says 'Smart car'... which one?

From what is visible it's a bit tall (in comparison the the Focus)
to be a ForFour...well our model that is.  I'll suggest it is a ForTwo.
