PC, I am giving you friendly advice..do not let the wheels turned when you  park.
The electric steering remains under pressure, and is not recommended to use it like that ....
I observed that some of the steering wheels from the 44 makes a small dance in the column ....and if you let the wheel
go straight and correct, the inside piston remans on neutral position without forcing the piston and oil pressure in the box.
Hope you can understand what I want to explain ... :)

Air is drawn into the cylinder of a diesel engine and compressed by the rising piston at a much higher compression ratio than for a spark-ignition engine, up to 25:1. The air temperature reaches 700-900 C, or 1300-1650 F.

Sorry, like an eeeejut I forgot to measure and now i'm away for the week. The car is at Bristol if you want to go and measure! The nice people at BRABUS are sending new badges over in the post - i'm sure they'll want the old ones back though.

Well funnily enough, they think Andrew's is out of warranty and have £600 odd of repairs to try and get paid for....

P.S. New rear shocks fitted today but left hand linkage not available yet as on back order !

Suspension feels lovely and tight at the rear !
Do I gave to let the shocks bed in at all ??

Also ordered a cabin filter while I was there - £16 ???

Oooh jj that winds me up when they book your car in and haven't got the parts. Now it's another day they'll have it off you. Good job you've got the warranty though  ;D
I wonder if the shock absorbers have been modified or are exactly the same as before. Mine were replaced around 7000 miles.

7000 miles  :o  :o  :o   Ouch  ! ! !

And with everyone's 4 yr warranty's running out I'll bet your all avoiding every
lump, bump, crease, pebble, stone, manhole cover, grating, pothole, speed bump etc
that exists. Either that or your planning on selling your Brabus pretty darn soon !

7000 miles.......I still can't believe that ! ! !
How about all you Brabus owners clubing together to buy a 'job lot' of decent replacement shocks
from the manufacturer direct (not the cash grabbing suppliers/importers), and selling them at the same
seriously discounted price to your fellow Brabus owners.....(Just a thought guys...)

Well I'm not a Brabus owner, mines a 1.3 softouch, but I suspect it's probably the same
shock absorber. I've just had a look at mine and the o/s one again is showing minor
leakage. From what I've seen on the forums aftermarket replacements aren't widely
available you have to hunt for them. I think it's to do with the mountings. I don't think
we have much to put with though on the Forfour. Apart from minor niggles there's
seems to be TVA, wheel bearings, shock and absorbers, clutch actuators. Trouble is,
it's all about £300 or more if you're unlucky.
