your Street/Road name, OR your postcode.

          For NON-UK nationals...

In the Location box enter your country, AND... the region you live in, AND... the nearest city.

     Note:- IF you are living and working in the UK temporarily, then you must give the
               UK location AS WELL...which must be the county (such as Surrey) as well as
               the nearest town/city.  We do not need any house number or street details.
               HOWEVER... If it is within a large city area; such as London, or Manchester etc,
               then you must ALSO specify a Borough, such as Barnet, Harrow, Tower Hamlets, etc
                             
    For clarity, London, or N.London....Manchester, OR  N.Manchester etc etc  (as examples) are NOT acceptable.

          For UK nationals...  -  (who tend NOT to read this for whatever reason !)

2. The County the town or city is located in (THIS is also MANDATORY), for example Surrey, or Lancashire, etc etc.

                     And we definitely do not accept it if you leave this empty / blank !

          Provide THE EXACT information as specified PLEASE.

AUTHORIZATION.....
We make no promises other than to say that this should not take more than a few days before
we send an email with your Approval.  (The Forum is run by the Admin Team in their spare time
and they have a life and responsibilities 'outside' of the Forum, so we kindly ask for a little patience.
If there are any issues with your Application/Registration please check your email spam/junk folders
as you may possibly find we have had to send you an email message for clarification/more information.

So....WHY DO WE WANT A 'ROUGH LOCATION' ?

A year after this forum started, opinion was canvassed from a wide cross section of
Members to ask them if the following were valid and acceptable reasons to make
to make it necessary for ALL Members to provide a 'rough location' in their Profile :-
 A/ It makes it easy for forum members to see/find other members in the same
     area to perhaps arrange or organise individual area meets.
 B/ Or to contact those close by to organise a 'tube' (as in a 'tube' of Smarties...LOL)
     to any Smart event/s....[a 'convoy' of Smarts in other words]
 C/ Or for a Forum member to seek and ask for help or assistance with their ForFour.
     One could ask this via a PM (Private Message) if they have an issue/problem.

The majority response to this was a resounding "Yes", and from that point ALL
existing members were asked to update their Profiles with their 'rough location',
and ALL future members would be required to provide that in their Application.

Note:- Providing a 'rough location' as specified does not breach any private or personal
information Standards.
