Note well the conditions on attending..viz food + drinks.
Here is another meet up well in advance. Hopefully well enough in advance that other plans can be moved. The food on site is very good. Place in diary!
Attendee's:-
Cecil
CrazyG
Woody-r
chaz1 (definitely possible...in one Smart or another)
Brulaw (doubtful)
I will update this as n when members advise either by posting a reply
to this thread or by popping me a PM, ok.
(If via a 'post' I will delete it after adding the name to the list)
Not currently a karting day so probably!
I presume you mean 'Go-karting'....not karting the kids about..LOL
both lol! Holly (6 yr old) has taken up go-karting, proper 50cc 2 stroke 50mph drive like a loon karting! She wants to drive an F1 car...
Bet she'd luv ta have her own Crossblade then...(start saving for one for her)
It's just like a big GoKart....well sort of....if you 'dropped' it onto 13" wheels.
may attend in one of the Smarts not sure which. ;D
A reminder..... IT IS THIS COMING SATURDAY, the 14thNov..... (hope the weather holds out)
i almost asked the wife if she wanted to go... then realised that im dropping the parents and sister at manchester airport that day :(
I should be there ........
Rich
Be good to see you there Rich....hopefully we'll get to have a natter
and catch up as I didn't get to do that at Beaulieu...apologies fa that.
I'll buy you a tea of coffee....
would love to make it ....as its only 20 mins from me..... but sadly i have to have an operation on that day so wont be able to make it.
Make sure you take loads of pics please...
Hate to have to say that the latest weather forecast's
for the Willesden area for tomorrow is far from good,
with strong winds in exposed area's, and heavy rain
till late afternoon ,:(
With that in mind, attendance will not be up to the usual
level, so if anyone decides not to venture out to this, then
it'll be understandable.
I'm even reconsidering it ! :o
Not too bad a turnout. 4 gen 1's and 2 gen 2's. A bit too cold to hang around outside though.

haha - dude you are just down the road ;)
how did it go?? anyone got pics??
JJ
I may be 'just down the road' so to speak (15+ miles),
but i'm not about to stand around outside in the rain
from 11am - 4pm.....and when the weather is like that
then inside the Ace Café is usually packed solid....
I've done it before, and didn't exactly enjoy it then.
But I digress...did anyone from here make it and take any pictures ?
haha - but you mocked me for not making the 200mile round trip to do the same - shame on you ;)
i doubt it was well attended by the rest of the community either
JJ
Correction...for not 'cruising' lazily to the Beaulieu event..... :P
No pictures but I did attend. Talked to two mark one owners. One from Cardiff and one from Oxford area. It was too cold to be outside for long. There were 5 four fours there and the car park was 3/4 full
