ForFour 3D CAD Model
« on: May 17, 2014, 01:22:44 PM »

Whilst on my quest to find ways of visualising colour combinations for my planned respray/wrap, I came across a website with a 360° interactive view of a ForFour 3D CAD Model - and thought I'd post a link, just in case anyone else is interested:

Here's a couple of Screenshots...

If it was for the Brabus I would have bought it straight away - even at $75 - but I'm in two minds at the moment because of the extra work involved in adding the parts that are different to the standard ForFour used for the 3D Model - especially the Wheels - and it's been a couple of years since I've done any CAD work.

Looks almost correct. Seems to be pure version but dash is a bit wrong ;)

Well spotted - I wasn't looking at the inside.

On the exterior there are no panel gaps, so it looks like the Model isn't made up of loads of separate parts - which would explain why the Body is all one colour.

That's a shame because it means it's not so useful for what I want - which is testing colour combinations beyond the standard 2 colour split - and $75 is a bit much to find out wether I would still need to spend many hours working with it before I could do what I want.

Ah well, back to the Photoshop for now.
