                WEATHER NEWS UPDATE
Weather forecast for Donnington on Saturday is possible rain
up to around 07:00 and 12 degrees,  then drying and brightening
up to a high of 17 degrees at 16:00 (4pm), which is when the
race that Rob is in is due to start.  later the temperature will
trail off to 16 degrees by 19:00 (7pm)..but we'll all be well out
of there before then.

What a day! Big thanks to Tony +  S2smarts for having us along and Graham Crazy G for helping to organise.

It was a shame the race forfour had some teething issues with boost in qualifying which meant Rob only got a few laps in.
And in the race, an issue with the gear linkage caused Rob to stop after a few corners on the first lap  :( Luckily he got it working again on the side of the track and was allowed to rejoin the race  ;D

Guys, it was really good of you all to make the effort.....
For those that didn't or couldn't...you missed a great days racing.
A big thank you to S2smarts (Rob & John), and Tony of

There were many other cars present..M3's, Porsche 911's/924's
Vectra, Lotus Carlton, Cosworth powered Peugeot 309, Honda's
by the score, Lotus Elan's/ Elise, Alfa Romeo's etc etc etc.....
They didn't all race in the same classes or course....
but they are all partaking in the Classic Car magazine racing series.
