Throttle body/valve cleaning how to

I need to clean the the throttle body as it seems a bit lumpy is there a how to step by step guide available?

Eh yeah ....  :-[  JJ did one, and it's in the Technical Guide of the Engine section...
(I'm guessing you didn't look too far )...but as it's Crimbo we'll let that past...  ;)
