It's an aftermarket android headunit running Torque most likely. Looks nice and clean though, nice find!

That's about right...to look stock.
Most; well at least some of them; are designed to 'replicate' the original
head unit, but have a lot more features than the original..namely that
it/they had Android/Apple interfaces that allows them to run things like
Torque (Android), or Dashboard (Apple) Apps.
The one in the video was running Torque.

I'm sure there would be quite UK members that would love to have the
oppurtunity to go for a run round Monza or indeed any race circuit, if
it were ever offered as an 'open event' for Smart Owners.

If Covid ever allows it, maybe one day someone will post up/put
the idea forward of joining in on a 'Track Day' event (with dates/links)
for race circuits...UK an elsewhere, to see what if any take-up response
there would be.  My guess is it would appeal mostly to Brabus owners,
but it wouldn't be cheap....things like this never are.

Join Huddersfield Motor Club ( £10/year)
They run track days at Blyton circuit in Lincolnshire which are very reasonable prices.
Run offs are generous too, so less chance of collecting the scenery.
Teeside Autodrome run trackday Monday evenings in the summer months ( used to be £40 a couple of  years ago.).It's a short track but you should see 90mph on the main straight in a decent Brabus.
