S2Smarts Racing are offering members of the forum the opportunity
to be in the passenger seat of the Racing Brabus this Saturday ...25th July
at Bedford Autodrome, Thurleigh Airfield Business Park, Bedford MK44 2YP

It is a track test day and anyone wishing to grab this rare chance MUST
have a helmet. The only other conditions are that a indemnity must be
signed and there is a fee of £10 (possibly£20) payable on the day...
(Rob's checking to find out the exact fee which is dictated by the Autodrome)
Number of laps cannot be specified or guaranteed, as this is a track day
and the car is being tested and set up after some recent engine upgrades.

'Bumping' this up as there are VERY few days left for
anyone to contact Rob to 'book' a place.

As I'm almost sure that NO-ONE has a helmet, why not
ring the Autodrome to see if they have any available to hire...? ?
most motor racing circuits do.

does it have to be a motor racing helmet? or is a motorbike one ok? as more people have them.

WEATHER UPDATE for Saturday 25th at Bedford Autodrome

Today the weather is like most places...raining, wet and miserable....

                               B U T

Just one possible patchy bit of rain at 3pm !
Otherwise it's forecast to be cloudy but sunny.......

As for the question re the helmet....motor racing or bike is fine.
And as also stated, they do rent them at the circuit.
