And another shot -

Decided the front end's enough orange. Not going to bother with the mid front bumper or the front / side / rear skirt. Could do with a bit in the centre door strips and a bit on the rear (either the bit with the brabus badge or the bit between the reflectors)

Really happy with the effect so far though.

Was thinking something like this for the front end / side.
Will be a fair bit of wasted vinyl from the lights though.

I'm not sure if it would look better with the side skirt being wrapped

Why not consider the top edge of the door ?
The rubber trim strip where it meets the glass can be removed
(carefully as you don't want ti to bend when you do)...
then trim with orange the semi flat top strip of the door.
work from the curve/edge towards the glass opening and then
roll the vinyl inside the opening.
Finally replace the rubber strip.

Oh, and why not do the centre lower grill horizontal 'vane/splitter' ?
It would then link up to the ones either side beneath the fogs/indicators.

The centre part of the front bumpers cut and on the dining room table. Bit torn as th whether to put it on.

The top of the doors a good idea but may run short of vinyl. Will PhotoShop it to check if it looks good.

 That grill! .... BRM!

You're missing the faux vents on the bonnet ... them in orange would remove that odd section of where there's nothing. I think if you do the roof that'd link to the rear nicely. I'd avoid filling the brabus attached parts with vinyl (front splitter, side skirts etc) as then you can easily make the car look like it's been driven through halfords with magnets on. You want those parts to look like they're not just stuck on or borrowed from another car.

I'm loving it so far!

.....You're missing the faux vents on the bonnet ... them in orange would remove that odd section of where there's nothing.

The faux bonnet vents would not just be a challenge to do...they're nigh on
impossible to do...too many 'edges' to fit the vinyl around....heat gun or not.
If you did fancy doing them, then personally I'd spray them to match.
And re-thinking re the door top edges...nah ! It wouldn't line up with the
front 'vanes'.   But...if you did go ahead and spray the faux bonnet vents
(I have a pair I removed), then I'd consider masking up either side of  the
creases/slots/swage lines in the doors, and spray them orange...as you
originally were thinking of doing.
And I have a feeling that maybe...just maybe, that if you 'fly-eye'
the roof orange then you will have defeated the object of using the colour
to add 'highlights' to the car. (sorry to disagree with you airSnake)

Done a bit more today. Got the centre of the front splitter wrapped.
Also did the slits along the centre of the doors. 90cm strips for the front ones and 56cm strips for the rears. 7mm high and pushed in with my bank card. Easiest part so far to do.
Decided to do a bit more of the rear too because it looked a bit bland with just the spoiler. Went for the area between the reflectors. Cleaned as much as possible but the vinyl's showing where the stone chips are below the reflectors. Probably something only I would notice but still there.
Anywhoo, will get some pics in the daylight tomorrow.
