After viewing the You-Tube video of What Car readers
actually getting to see and having 'hands on' in the new
Renault Twingo/ForFour MkII...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hpxh4XBQBEk
I still can't believe that they didn't make any allowance or give
serious thought to utilising at least some of that big front end
space for at least some storage area of sorts !  It's apparently
just for access to liquids (brake fluid n windscreen washer reservoirs)
and for heat exchangers (a.k.a. radiator/s) !
That is a disgusting waste of space and a missed oppurtunity to
have what others in it's class haven't got....adequate storage.
Maybe they should have got the engineers and designers of the
Roadster to have given them a hand, after all, look how much
space there is under the front hood of one of them !
And the seats...too thick and clastrophobic inducing to any rear
seat passengers. Why not have ultra slim ones like in the old
and current 4.2....and open headrests to give 'space' and an
open air feel to those in the back.
Or maybe they'll rectify all that when the 'facelift' version is
released after 12 months ?

I really hope Smart don't mess this up again or it will really prove they are idiots... they came up with some innovative and trend-setting cars a decade ago and then pulled the plug on them while rivals such as fiat and mini have taken those concepts from strength to strength...

Without wishing to start another war....I'm sure it is all
down to the different thought processes of the people at MB...
as in..."We have decided, and this is what you can/will have"

I hope they add 6 speed manual.

Seriously am I only thinking that 6 speed manual would be great for good old 1.3 also? :D

Mmmmm.... orange....

I'm tempted to do some 'screencaps' and make the camouflage into a single colour to get a better idea of shape.

Still, sadly the smart video makes it looks like another one of these
"Please remove rear passengers legs before boarding" vehicles. Oh well.
The twingo looks nice. I like that video, thanks G it was an excellent find.

Judging from the photo, the seat base doesn't give much support
to the backs of the thighs ! Soon get uncomfortable/cramp there then !

I see a lot things taken from Mercedes SLS

Hopefully won't be so expensive and factory option prices are within reason. Like that "Lounge" concept fraud or how you want to call it.
