If its just copper wire to carry the earth then surely you could easily make one yourself, just get hold of some decent sheathed wire, cut to size, crimp the connectors on the end and attach them?
Or is there more to it than that......

You need a special 'press' to crimp the ends on....
It requires a lot of pressure..and the bit of kit
to do it isn't cheap.
