If anyone is near/around the Grand Snatch....ooopss  Brands Hatch area this weekend, then
they may see a few Smart Racing ForTwo's heading for the 2x races that are being held there
this Sunday.   Nearly all will be trailered........including the 2 of S2smarts. I'll be there, but
in the S2smarts Racing truck/motorhome....
B U T.....driving down on the road with us and the race truck/motorhome and
trailer combo will be...the latest addition to the S2'stable'....the bright orange and black
chequered Racing ForFour Brabus !

It won't be competing at the event, but it will be there as part of the S2smarts 'showcase'.
(It will re-surface next season and is to be raced, that is guaranteed). And it will do so with
the full support and media coverage of The Smart Club.
Plans have already in place for further mods to the car that will be carried out over the coming
winter period, in preparation for next seasons racing. It will give a lot of people quite a surprise
when it hits the circuits, that's for sure.  So keep your eyes out for pictures and write up's etc
on The Smart Club website throughout next years season.

Any clues on what mods are planned??

anything other than the usual FMIC, intake, decat, remap etc that the colt boys do

Irrelevant of what happens to the power, at last S2smarts have a brab that they and Tune4performance can spend some time working on, a developing some bits and pieces and tweak that map !

Plans are already afoot for it.....
Before next season it will be de-wrapped and resprayed...and then semi wrapped
to match the S2 colour scheme as per the 2x ForTwo's.
Other than that....yes it will get mapped....and have the exhaust modded...not de-Cat'ed
as it will still be road legal....just.  Other 'goodies' are already ordered an will be fitted to
the engine.....but I can't say exactly what as my life wouldn't be be worth living if I did.....
No silly...I'd not get my cars fixed/sorted is what I mean...and I can't jeopardise that !

That aside...it will possibly be 'out' at an event before next season...in the current colours,
but that's being looked at and will be decided quite soon. I'll post it up as n when I hear.

Re. the wrap. Could you recommend the brand you would use?
Seen a load on fleebay etc and unsure of a decent one. I know for a fact that some of the more expensive ones will be cheap with a mark up to make them appear better quality.

Should be enough for the skirts, grille, bits of the front splitter, rear spoiler and possibly the mirrors. Gonna get out with the tailors measure tomorrow morning and make sure I've ordered enough.
