Hi I from Turkey , I have also smart forfour CDI 1.5 98hp , I love my car. I would like to ask you something that I would like to add additional instrument that are  available some fuel used smart models. And I would like to buy 2 face arm rest. Where can buy these?

in the center of the dash you have the dash pods which give you the engine temp and time.

the center armrest is no longer available from mercedes so its a case of wait till one crops up on here or ebay

As mr singh has said...you can get the centre top dash pods....
but they are not cheap to buy new....£160.
And they are a bit of a swine to fit....the connecting cable between
the 2 pods is very short. (best to cut n solder in some longer wiring,
which then makes fitting easier).
if you get them from a car in the breakers yard, ensure they come with
the base mounts and the complete wiring, otherwise they are
not good.

And the centre armrest.....as stated...is no longer available...and no one
has any in stock anywhere.  Again, like the centre pod instruments....if
you do find or see one...it must have all the parts....armrest+pillar+bolts
to mount to transmission tunnel plate....transmission tunnel mounting plate+
bolts to mount to the tunnel...right side plastic pillar cover....left side plastic
pillar cover...and small joining piece for the plastic pillar sides.
