A few weeks with the "new" brab
« on: April 13, 2015, 11:37:49 PM »

Not been driving her much since the MOT but still enjoying turning the key!
Went for a drive today and came across a local b road set of bends. They really show how well a car can handle (or not in the case of my old  S Type) The new diff.... wow. The grip, feel and cornering speed are immense. I suggest if anyone likes a bit of spirited driving or track days, buy one already!
Still using minimal boost until funds pick up for the remaining parts / map but confidence in the quality of the rebuild is increasing. Almost feels like a new car.

Side note, the drive was to an interview of sorts and seeing tomorrow if theres a job for me there. Fingers crossed.

Glad to hear your at least having the odd little drive out ..... at the least it keeps the fluids moving around and gets the engine up to temperature ..... Good luck on the job front .
